Former Judge Stuart DuBose
Charlie and Jackie Kimbrough
Jackie Kimbrough (pictured below) stated that she and her husband Charlie pay taxes on 88 acres of land.  Mrs. Kimbrough stated that the REA electrical company was called to cut down trees that were too close to the power lines.  When the trees were cut down, the Kimbrough's neighbors, Doug and June Flowers, believed that the Kimbrough's had actually cut down trees located on their property.

Doug and June Flowers stated that they purchased approximately one achor of land including the property in question.  When Mrs. Kimbrough had the land surveyed, she went on to state that Doug and June Flowers removed the land markers and filed their own complaint in Chatum County Courts against the Kimbroughs.

The Kimbrough's placed a complaint after former Judge Stuart DuBose took office and nothing became of their concerns.  Jackie Kimbrough stated that she contacted Justice and Trust concerning the matter.  Justice and Trust Research revealed that Stuart DuBose had falsified documents concerning the Kimbrough's land.  click here to read the entire research and see the names of more lawyers uncovered.

As of Friday, August 29, 2008, the Kimbrough's hired a surveyor, John Sim, to survey the land.  They should have the results in approximately three weeks.

Jacqulyn Kimbrough and Stuart DuBose will appear in court on all pending motions on September, 22, 2008 at 9am in the Circuit Court of Washington County, Alabama.
